1- Make sure you get 10-12 hours of good uninterrupted sleep.
2- Start the day with some good yoga stretches-Buddy’s favorite Downward Dog pose.
3-Bowl of fresh tap water
4- Short but fast pace walk to get the heart rate up.
5-Lite meal with fiber and protein.
6-Bio break.
7-Play.
8-Nap
9-Play.
10-Nap in sun.
11- Family walk.
12-Nap on favorite Green Couch
13- Lite Dinner with all food groups.
14-Stretch
15-Get in position for that 10- 12 hours of sleep and dream land.
